The Super room meeting room is available for booking at $300/hour (two 30-minute time slots online). The online system breaks down the time slot into 30 min time slots.

🌟The medium room meeting room is around 220 sq ft and can accommodate 16 people🌟. We do not limit the number of people using the hourly and daily meeting rooms. This is just the recommended number of users. It is made up of Room 7 (Medium Room) and Room 8 (Large Room being combined together). There are two whiteboards in the room.

Payment method:

Step 1 - Please arrange payment after selecting the number of meeting room hours you want to purchase.
Step 2 - After the OONIQUE staff confirms the payment, guests can log in to their account on the platform, click "My Courses", and then choose the meeting room reservation time.

1. If you pay by STRIPE (Visa + Mastercard), the system will automatically confirm the payment online immediately. For this method, an additional 4% credit card fee will be charged on top of the price (price x 4% = credit card fee)
2. If you pay by Payme/FPS/bank transfer, please upload the deposit slip on the platform. After the OONIQUE staff confirms the payment during office hours (10am to 9:30pm), the guest can choose the meeting room time.
3. If you choose Alipay (an additional 3.3% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price) or WeChat Pay (an additional 1% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price). You need to arrange the payment at the OONIQUE front desk in person during OONIQUE office hours.
4. If you choose Octopus (an additional 1.5% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price), you can scan the QR code through the Octopus APP, enter the payment code and arrange the payment online. Please upload the deposit slip on the platform. After OONIQUE staff confirms payment during office hours (10am to 9:30pm), guests can choose the time of the meeting room.

Change the meeting room reservation time:

⚠️No refund is available for meeting room reservation.

If the guest wants to change the meeting room reservation time, please change it on the platform 48 hours or before the start time of the reservation period (the guest can change it unlimitedly✅). ⚠️If the guest changes the reservation date and time within 48 hours of the start time of the reservation period🕐, we charge a $30 administrative fee (please WhatsApp +852 6889 8062).

Due to extreme weather conditions (black rain/typhoon signal No. 8 or above OONIQUE will not be open for business), the date and time can be changed for free.

If you have booked a large room, you can only change the time and date, not the room type. If the guest wants to choose another room type, he/she needs to purchase the hours of the other room type separately.

Central chiller aircon water system:
The central chiller aircon water time of the building is 🌟10 am to 8 pm🌟. If the guest books a meeting room during this period, it will be with cool air-conditioning.

If the guest wants to make an appointment for 9-10 am or 8-10 pm, the air conditioner will blow room temperature wind (no cold wind) and we will provide fans. If the guest wants cold wind, they need to pay an additional $80/hour for the extra air conditioning fee. Guests can click "$80/hour extra air conditioning fee" into the "shopping cart" and pay it together with the meeting room time.
After the guest pays, please WhatsApp us +852 68898062 to inform us which time period the extra air conditioning fee is used. If the guest changes the meeting room time on the platform after booking the meeting room, please also WhatsApp us to inform us that the extra air conditioning fee needs to be rescheduled. If we do not receive the notification of the change of the extra air conditioning fee time, the fee cannot be refunded.
